It's been a gorgeous weekend weather-wise, and despite being really knackered from working 3 days this week, I'm pleased that I got out for an hour's cycle ride in the sunshine yesterday! I had quite a breakthrough moment when I actually put a box of half-price chocolate biscuits BACK on the shelf at the supermarket yesterday and hope this is the start of the new me, who doesn't simply HAVE to have fattening things if they are a bargain!
I've also made great progress with my A level French assignments, having completed a quarter of my large coursework essay and the presentation part of my oral exam. I'm really pleased about that and hope that I don't end up fretting so much as I did last night when I struggled to sleep from teh worry of it.
My weight loss is slowing now, so I'm ramping up the exercise to try to help keep things moving. I did over 20 points of exercise this week that's an average of approximately an hour of stuff everyday which gets your heart going! I should be really helping my fitness at this rate. I managed to fix my thigh stepper and did another half an hour of that today.
