OK I'm finally sorted!!!
I'm finding my way around here and actually starting to enjoy it lol :D
Everything is going well this week. I had a review at the gym yesterday and my program was made much harder. I'm pleased as I want to see results and I asked them to push me.
I'm at work today but have planned my meals and have an amazing 15.5 pts left for my dinner tonight. Oooooooooooh choices lol.
I have 15wks and 2 days until my holiday and would like to lose 2 stone in that time (more if possible) but don't want to push it too hard. I'm already thinking about what kind of choices I will make at the buffet restaurants (all-inclusive) as I don't want to feel that I can't have what I want but also I don't want to come back and have to start all over again. I'm psyching myself up to use the gym at the complex as well. This will be scary going on my own as dh won't go to a gym lol but I have to do it to avoid gaining weight. I think 2-3 times during each week should be ok and also some nice long walks on the beach should keep me going.
My clothes are too big, It's really good but I'm not spending money on new clothes till I lose more weight and then just before my hols I can go to 'normal' high street stores and buy some new things. Evans will not see me again lol.
