    An update

    Hi

     Thought it was about time I did a blog entry on here.

    I am so looking forward to Christmas this year.  I think it's going to be mad in my house, there will be 10 of us in all.  My Mum, the In laws and my brother are all coming for the day. 

    I haven't got many more pressies to buy, what I do need I know what I'm getting (unless anyone changes their mind).  I still need things for stockings, mainly a few sweets and fruit.

    There's still one BIG problem, my kitchen isn't finished yet.  The dining room and living room have all been stripped too.  So still a lot of work to do before it's finished.  All my woodwork is being painted white, it's been stained so a lot of prep to do before painting.  AHHHH!!!

    I've told DH nobody is coming for Christmas, HE can tell his parents, if the decorating isn't completely finished.  So he did some plastering last weekend.  This weekend he wants the main part of the kitchen and dining room all plastered (one wall left to do) and painted white. The walls underneath the wallpaper are terracotta, so need to be undercoated as they are going to be cream.

    I do all the main painting, not ceilings.  But at the minute I can't do anything to help until it's all ready.  I love painting and decorating so I can't wait until it's my turn.  I keep going until it's finished.  I hate to see anything half done.

    Will post again soon when more has been done.  I didn't take photos before (unless DH did), but will take some when it's finished.
