Holiday
Well got back from a week in Crete on Wed morning in the early hours. We had an ok time - it was just really hectic with the kids, and I just didn't seem to be able to relax.
The weather was mild - around 24 degrees each day - just one day was 32 degrees, and then the day we were coming home it rained LOL! I didn't even know it rained in Greece ha ha!!!!
Spent most of the time walking round the city of Hersonissos where there are some gorgeous shops, restaurants and a lovely harbour which was really picturesque.
The resort was lovely too. It had everything you could need - outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa ans beauty centre (wish I'd had a massage!), 2 restaurants, lobby bar - I could go on. Our apartment was like a mini house - 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, iron and ironing board. It was just fab!
