My first blog!
Hi everyone!
This is my first every blog. I thought blogging was meant for other people not me. I thought it was for people who used things like Myspace, whatever thats all about, or facebook, which i don't have any idea of either. However, I love Ivillage and got to know Ivillage throughout my pregnancy and now as part of the mums club. I have just discovered a new board, 'Art & Culture' where someone mentioned Connect and the new writers group. I decided to check it out, with my minimal technical knowledge, and now here I am!
I am an aspiring new writer and start a creative writing course on Tuesday night. I really don't know what to expect, but I am hoping it will be the start of something special.
My life is full of being a Stay at home mum to my baby girl and a dutiful wife to my husband. well, ok maybe not so dutiful, i think for him it was more like the Taming of the Shrew, but he has 'tamed' me pretty well. we have been together for 4 years and i love him almost as much as i love my daughter - sorry babes!
So I am interested to see where this is going to take me and whether this will be my one and only blog or whether I will be one of the worlds super-bloggers!
