Back in February I decided it was time to try out the old green fingers and plant some veggie seeds. You have appreciate I live in a Castle in the Sky; some may call it a flat, I on the otherhand call it an apartment and I have a verandah - not a balcony, as some would call it! I coaxed tomato, cucumber, carrot and parsnips to burst forth on the window sill. After careful watering and feeding - I moved the creche outside and loving have potted them on and they all look healthy-ish - well maybe one or two have got colic or chicken pox but on the whole they are growing well. I am very proud of my little darings that I have carefully nurtured - as you would with any newborn!
