Bank Holiday Woo Hoo!

And yes its a four day week coming up! I do like not having to get up on a Monday morning. And then on Tuesday you get to work and think its Monday and have a pleasant surprise when you realise its actually Tuesday!
Dont know what everyones weather is going to be like....looks like rain down here I think. Never mind, we dont plan major trips on Bank Holidays anyway, sitting on a motorway in traffic for hours doesnt really do it for me.
Wishing everyone a happy and healthy bank holiday. I was going to do some meal planning this evening for next week but in retrospect I should have done it before the two glasses of wine.... ah well.
For any interested lurkers out there, please do join and post! I see many people are reading the posts so I know you're out there! The Connect boards in general seem to be a bit slow in kicking off.

Hi all, I'm back again. The house move went well, although still have piles of stuff everywhere to sort out. I think it will take me a few days to catch up with all the i-village stuff but hopefully I will start up a few more discussion threads on this board and so we can all get to know each other better. I am moving house on Tuesday, so will be going offline for a little while, and then will probably be on dial up for a few days. That may be rather tedious after broadband for so long, so dont expect I'll do much posting, see you all properly in a couple of weeks time!

And thats it for Easter. Everyones back at work today. Well except for me - I have an extra day as a friend of mine is getting married today. So anyway all the chocolate eggs are now eaten - just the 1/2 price creme eggs in the shops to resist! In some ways these are the best couple of months of the year coming up, its not too hot, plenty of bank holidays, and we can start to eat outside and exercise outside. I will be getting a barbecue for the first time this year so really looking forward to that! Must look up some new salads to get into - that seems to be the best way to fill yourself up in the warmer weather.
