Alright, so I didn't make them, and it's not even a picture of me (my calves are much more manly), in fact they belong to this nice lady:
She's helping model slippers made by Rachel Henderson, author of 'I Love Knitting', who has very kindly shared her pattern with us on the iVillage site.
Why? because even though we're well into June I wore leg warmers in bed last night and you can never be too prepared for this Great British climate of ours.
