Hi there sunsandsea,

I know the feeling with the sweet craving!! I've been dreadful recently, but have had bad PMT so am blaming that for my food choices. I do find a big breakfast helps and porridge with lots of yummy berries is a favourite of mine. You could also try adding some more protein to your diet, it helps me stay fuller for longer, so something like scrambled eggs might be a good breakfast option. :)
