Tries hard to watch what i eat, but i have no willpower had Indian takeaway last night then as per usual craved sweets by 7pm ever evening i crave sweets. Will try tommorow start with porridge perhaps, Summer getting nearer and im getting annoyed with myself now brought white jeans today oh no size 16 i was a 14 last month.
