Gained 1lb this week
Hi
1lb on this week/over 2 weeks even better when I look at it that way as no WI last week. Am pleased as it'll give me a kick up the b*m to spur me on. Really want 3lbs now off to round it up to a nice 50lb off in total. I'm really happy as I am but set a personal goal of 50lbs in my own time so really want to do it. Cant see it being a big problem I just need to get out of my habit of night time snacking.
My mini challenge for this coming week is to keep busy on a night to stop me picking but make sure its something for me to include me time rather than housy stuff. I think that will do me the world of good so looking forward to next weeks WI.
Enjoyed my Thursday night treat of some home made flapjack and a tube of smarties, I get my chocolate craving out of the way after WI, really enjoy it and then start afresh tomorrow morning. Has worked so far for me so dare not give it up now, think if I did i'd eat more during the week.
Had a run this a.m. after getting over my cold, didnt go my full route as I thought that'd push it a bit too far, next planned run is early Sat a.m. with a friend so we'll go the full hog and a bit more totalling 1 hr 25mins +. I sometimes cant believe how far I can actually run, from me saying I wasnt a runner to this, loving it too.
