Habit Busting
Fed up with doing the same old, same old and getting nowhere so I have identified 3 habits that I want to bust:
1. Sitting in front of the internet all day
2. Picking at food all day
3. Not drinking enough water (cracked lips, dry mouth, scaly skin!)
Sitting in front of the internet all day - BUSTS
Set timer for 20 mins for 'surfing' then move on to task in hand
Picking at food all day - BUSTS
Do not open fridge door unless preparing a meal or designated snack
Do something to distract self (but not surf lol!)
Spend 2 mins visualising self in outfit at wedding in Summer
Drink water instead!
Drink more water - BUSTS
Changed screen saver to "drink more"
Fill decanter of water first thing in morning and place on desk
Flag it:
