A busy busy time! Went to Granada today and finally got our NIE numbers sorted (a type of ID card thingy which means we can buy property etc). Also we think we have found the house we need!!! It's in a lovely area and just perfect, so we are quite excited now!!
We're going to see another few houses on Saturday,and also putting plans in place to reform the ruin we have on our land. Seeing an architect on Monday.
Boys are still enjoying nursery and picking up Spanish.
The weather is fab.....
And my lovely dd Katie is coming to stay for a few days on Monday.

That's the boys' name for pineapple juice! I like it. We call it porcupine juice too now.

I thought the idea of coming to Spain was for a more relaxed lifestyle......I feel sooooo tired, we never seem to stop at the moment. During the week I'm working and looking for houses (in between housework, cooking and sorting boys out), and every weekend so far we've been out for the day. Last weekend we went to Almeria to Mini Hollywood ( a cowboy theme park), and on Sunday to La Torcal, an amazing array of weird and wonderful rock formations, and went on one of the walks there. Last weekend we did Selwo (a zoo near Estepona), the weekend before, the beach on Sat, and a picnic in the mountains on Sunday.
I need a rest!! Had a week off work, but spent most of that looking round houses, none of which were even remotely what we are looking for. Because the boys are at nursery till 6.30/7, they're not getting to bed much before 9, so we are not eating till 10 (in true Spanish style), so not getting to bed much before one.
Can I come home for a rest, in the rain?

I've got cystitis again!! Second time in 2 months, after not having had it for over 20 years! What's going on? Went to the pharmacy this morning to get some antibiotics (can get them over the counter here), so hopefully it will clear up before too long. oh woe is meeeeeeeeee :o(

The boys' hero-worship of their Daddy is getting out of hand. Joe was making up a little song yesterday, something along the lines of....' If we need help Daddy will help, we don't need a Mummy tra la la.......'
