thursday 6th September.
Jamie has been on solids for a few weeks now and is loving his food.He mainly has egg custard fo breakfast and supper and sometimes has a dinner.Still taking it slow but he is defo enjoying his solids and has mastered eating from a spoon.
Jamie was 4 months old on Monday and the last few weeks he has developed so much,he grabs things and can hold on to them and they tend to go straight into his mouth! Rolling over has progressed,Jamie can roll back to front no problem now.He seems to still be teething although it has eased off a little.He is still a very calm,happy little boy.
Monday was mummy's birthday so nanny babysat for a few hours while mummy and daddy went for a lovely meal and to the cinema.Nanny says both boys were good as gold.
Jamie's big brother started school today,he wasnt phased at all by it and loved every second.Jamie will miss having his brother around allday as he loves watching him do things and always has a smile when he see's him.
We bought Jamie a door bouncer this week but he still seems alittle uneasy in it so going to wait a few more weeks and try him again.
Not much else to report except that my boys are gorgeous and i love them more than anything.

Thursday 9th August 2007
14 weeks.
Just a quick one this week as im off to bed soon.
Took Jamie to the baby clinic last week,he weighed in at 13lb 7oz at 12+5 weeks so doing great.
We had a lovely day out at Southport with our boys on Monday,Jamie loved being out an about and slept well that night after all his excitment.
Jamie has started giggling now which is just adorable.DH kisses him on his belly and he giggles loads,soooooo cute.
I know people will criticise but today i fed Jamie some milky rusk and he loved it!
Everytime i gave him abit he smiled as he ate it.Jamie had gone from sleeping allnight to waking every few hours but i left it to see if it was just a growth spurt but he just started getting hungrier and waking up everynight at 12am, 2am,4am, 6am, then 7am!
Tonight is his first sleep after having rusk so i hope it helps.
Ds1 is loving his baby brother so much and they spend all their time giggling at each other!
Lets hope the next update is to say the solids are working for the night sleeps.

Our baby boy is amazing!!! Just loving him so much,he is such a happy little chap and adores his big brother so much.DS1 has been great with Jamie and loves entertaining him,especially as Jamie laughs at everything he does.As soon as DS1 wakes up he goes straight to Jamie for cuddles and kisses and Jamie loves it.They are both just so cute together. He is starting to roll himself over now,not quite getting right over yet but it wont be long.He is also getting alot hungrier,whether its just a growth spurt i dont know but im leaving him for aslong as possible before i introduce solids,even though ds1 was also a hungry baby and started on solids at 12-13 weeks. Jamie has had a few days out over the last two weeks,just going shopping etc,he loves it when out and about in his pram. Dh is off work for 2 weeks after 2mw so we are going to try and have a few days out if the weather gets better. Not much else to report except that all is good and loving every moment of being with my boys. Rose & Jamie xx 12 weeks.

10 Weeks old!
What a little star our baby boy has been,he now sleeps through the night!
He goes down at around 11.30pm then wakes at 7am and feeds then we sometimes go back to sleep until 10am!!!
Last Wednesday was the dreaded 'needle day',but it all turned out fine.Jamie cryed for 1 second when the nurse put the needles in then was fine again.
Last Saturday mummy had her first night out with the girls and daddy was sole parent for the night and he handled it great.The boys were good as gold.It was nice to have a night out but i missed my boys so much.
Mummy and Daddy have also started going the gym this week.I have half a stone to lose to get to my pre pregnancy weight.We go to the sports centre in Liverpool by nanny's house so nanny can have the boys for a hour or 2 which she loves.This week she took them both for a walk.
Me and the boys have been getting out alot more now that Jamie is getting abit bigger,i feel alot more confident taking them both out now.
Havent had Jamie weighed this week because i was too late getting the boys ready etc to get there in time,lol.Will try our best to get ready quicker next week and find out what our little chubby boy weighs.
Anyway,things are great,still loving every minute and my boys are my little angels,i love em so much.

8 Weeks old!!!
Well Jamie was weighed on Tuesday at the baby clinic,11lb 11oz at 7+5 weeks old!!!!
He seems to be getting longer rather than very chubby but the difference in him now is amazing.We are getting the biggest smiles and ds1 is starting to love talking to him and paying him lots of attention now that he laughs and smiles.
The last few weeks have been amazing,im feeling great,been excercising and eating good and im feeling brilliant.Have got my flat stomach back also which is great ;o)
Im loving looking after my 2 boys.Ds1 has been a little star and Jamie is sleeping brilliant waking only once in the night for a feed,he doesnt even wake really,he drinks it in his sleep and never gets out his basket during the night.
We have been so lucky as Jamie feeds great,has hardly any wind,loves his sleep and always goes down to sleep on his own and he is just such a happy baby.
Life at the moment is just great,im finding it easy and stress free which has suprised me as i was expecting it to be hard looking after 2 young children.I wouldnt change my life ive got for anything in the world.
Last Saturday we had a day out in Blackpool with our boys and nanny and her partner came with us.Its was great and ds1 had a fab time and Jamie loved being pushed around in his pram allday.
Jamie is booked in for his needles next Wednesday so not really looking forward to that but we will be fine.
Well another week gone by and my baby is growing so big,wont be long until he is all grown up and having his own kids! lol.
