Well as of today i am well and truely banned from watching any more home makeover shows. A few months ago i was watching one on sky when they did a bathroom. They painted the tiles to give it some more colour and told the viewers how to do it. Me being me decided that my bathroom could do with smartening up. So off we went to the diy shop and i found myself looking at the tile paint and convinced my DP that it would look amazing as i had seen it on telly LOLFamous last words after i had created my masterpiece i decided that the tiles looked awful so today has been spent getting rid of the tile paint much to the horror of my DP who then told me never to watch anymore of those stupid shows (well he never said stupid but i can't repeat what he did say lol)He will have to get over it as i have decided that our bedroom could do with a make over lolBye for nowEmmaxxx

Hi Everybody
I think at the beginning of the week my DS has had an ultra wind up mum chip implanted as he has made everyday this week a struggle. Getting ready for school runs were a nightmare as he refused to get dressed and kept hiding his sisters shoes. He refused to wear his shoes on Monday as he wanted to go in his slippers so i left him in them and put him in his pushchair which created a hugh scene as he wanted to walk and i wouldn't let him so that bit of rebelion didnt last long lol.He is just trying it on but my head has been pounding as i try to keep a calm but authoritive hand on the matter. He has just done the opposite of everything and has been a major little terror lol but i think we are coming through the other end as he has been alot better so far so fingers crossed he goes back to being his usual self. His Grandma brought him some new PJ's they are bright orange and he loves them (he adores the colour orange) I have to laugh as he looks like a hugh carrot lol.
My DD however did not want to go to school today has she has been having problems with a boy who is mean to her. He has threatened to kill both her rabbits with a hammer so she was scared to go to bed just in case and this morning she breathed a hugh sigh of relief when she saw the were both still very much alive. She wanted to stay home and look after them so i had to promise i would keep a very close eye on the so they dont get hurt. I have made an appointment to see her teacher on Monday morning as this isn't the first time he has upset her.
Well i guess i had better go i have a pile of washing to do. I don't want ot do it as i know it results in a pile of ironing which i will have to do as i don't trust my DP to do it after he burn't the carpet LOL

Well another weekend has just gone and again i have not managed to do anything worthwhile lol. It was just a weekend full of mishaps. Firstly it started with Kieran who somehow managed to cut his wrist on something sharp which resulted in a bit of blood so i was stood in the middle of the street with Kieran screaming and Bethany threatening to be sick as she hates the sight of blood so i had to take him into the nearest toilet to give his arm a wash and managed to stop the blood but kieran spent all day wondering around with a paper towel on his wrist not giving it up. I think he was frightened his hand would drop off lol
Next my DP was washing up when he droppped a cup on the floor and broke it. Not too bad you might think but this particular cup belonged to Beth who got upset and told her dad off as this was her favourite (she has not used it since christmas) anyway hoovered up the sharp bits and spent all afternoon telling kids not to in the kitchen with no shoes on incase i had missed a bit. As i was doing tea I stood on something sharp and it got stuck in my foot and as you probably guessed the offending thing was infact a piece of the cup lol I don't think i will ever live that down lol
Finally last night my DP (yes again he was at the centre of the mishaps lol) decided he had some things that needed ironing so he set up the board and was getting it done. Then Lost came on the telly and he turned around to see what was happening and knock the iron onto the floor. This has resulted in a nice big burn mark on my 2 year old carpet. needless to say he was in my bad books. I honestly don't know who's worse him or the kids lol

Hello again. Have a few minutes so i thought i would spend this time typing what probably is a load of rubbish rambling lol
My DS is not in the greatest of moods today. He had a bad dream last night which caused him to not sleep well then he was up at 5am refusing to go back to sleep. So as a result Kieran is absolutly tired out and in need of a good nap I will have to see if i can convince him as he has spent the best part of the morning crying and whinging. He is eating his lunch at the moment that has given us some peace as he loves his food and it takes alot for him not to eat lol.
My daughter is getting excited as we are going to Butlins on 7th may so we have to cross each day off on her Bratz calendar so she can see how long we have left lol she is busy planning her wardrobe for the week oh well at least one person in the house will be ready when the day finally gets here. No doubt i will be rushing around the day before as usual. We are going with DP parents,his sister,her husband and their 4 kids aged 11,9,3,2. Why i agreed to it i will never know lol It will be an experience.
Well i told you it would be a bit of a rubbish ramble so now i will see if i can convince my little sweetheart into going to sleep.

Well today was Kierans first morning back at nursery so yet another morning of quiet where i actually managed to get some housework done not that you would notice now as the little whirlwind is back home lol.I think he enjoyed himself judging by the paint on his face and the fact he didn't want to come home. I can't believe the little tinker he went in this morning sobbing cause he didn't want to be left there then he left in tears because i had come to pick him up oh well at least he is enjoying it.
He is now having a nap so i thought i would take advantage of it and have a moment or two on the computer mainly to catch up on my family emails but i managed to get side tracked and ended on ebay then of course here lol
