Few could have failed to be caught up in the excitement of the men's Wimbledon final as Rafael Nadal clinched a thrilling five-set win against reigning champion Roger Federer on Centre Court.
Commentators were calling it one of the greatest matches of all time while TV viewing figures went through the roof.
But, it would seem, it was all a bit of a bore for Gwen Stefani.
Proving that David Beckham does not have the monopoly on unlikely celebrity friendships, Gwen and husband Gavin Rossdale have struck up a close relationship with Federer.
And so, the pair found themselves in the priveleged position of sitting in the family box on Centre Court to witness a truly epic match.
Except Gwen looked like she was chewing a wasp.
Okay, so she's very pregnant, but surely she could have at least pretended to be enjoying herself - in the same way Federer probably said: 'yeah, I really love your music' when they first met.
But there was more chance of Tim Henman developing charisma than there was of Gwen cracking a smile - and, to make things worse, her new best buddy lost.
It's not easy being Gwen you know...
