Grieving Kelly to dance on

Kelly BrookKelly Brook has vowed to continue her bid to become Strictly Come Dancing champion following the death of her father from cancer.

Ken, 57, died peacefully at the family home in Rochester on Monday following a battle with throat cancer. 

Kelly, 28, who is among the favourites to win the show, is reportedly desperate to carry on as the competition enters the final stages.

Her publicist said: 'Kelly will continue her work commitments to the best of her ability as her father would have wanted.'

The model and actress has been rehearsing all week despite her personal anguish ahead of Saturday's show that sees contestants performing two dances instead of one.
