What a surprise...Osbourne back on X Factor
You'd have to be blind, deaf and stupid not to have seen this coming.
There was an outbreak of complete indifference and lack of surprise today as it was announced Sharon Osbourne, who 'quit' X Factor last week, will return to the show on Saturday.
Well blow me down!
In order to keep up the pretence that the whole episode hasn't been a well-orchestrated and completely rehearsed publicity stunt, word has been put out that Osbourne and Simon Cowell had a 'two-hour meeting' before it was agreed she would return.
Yeah right.
A spokeswoman for the show said: 'We're fully expecting Sharon to be at the studio on Saturday.'
Note to X Factor PR department: must try harder...
