well I managed it

to get to my May target that is of loosing my first stone by the end of May

 

Total loss so far was 15 and a half LBS in 3 weeks!!!! Happy with that however there was no weigh in last week as it was bank holiday and was away and wasn't totally good while away either so not looking forward Mondays weigh in this week!!! :(
