I know it's tacky but......

Sunday, July 29th, 2007, 1:41 pm

Well I have just got back from a weekend in Blackpool.

Like the title says I know it's tacky but I loved every minute of it.

I loved seeing the men on stag weekend dressed as fairies.

The women dressed as nuns with vibrators hung around their necks.

They were all having such a good time, and that is what it is all about.

I just love the atmosphere.

On the first night two couples sat with us.

One was a steward and stewardess of a working mens club.

And the other couple were two women who had been together years.

They all had a wonderful humour.

We had a really good night.

We never stopped laughing.

So the next night we went down for a drink and they all came and sat with us.

We didn't want to come home.

But now it's down to earth for me.

I am looking after the youngest Grandkids for a week..

Hi all.

I must thank you for all your kind words .

Sorry that I havn't been very active on here.

But I have had a hospital visit and been feeling a bit off it.

But feel ok now

I thought I would give you a quick update on the flood situation.

My sister in law is back in her home.

The damanage wasn't as bad as first thought.

Just the out buildings and garden.

She is lucky because all her neighbours are much worse off.

As for my daughters in laws.

Some of them are back in their homes.(Cleaning them at least).

The others are waiting to be re housed until their homes are sorted out.

They are lucky as they live in a very tight knit community.

And everybody is helping each other.

Mazie xx
