I recently tried Elemis' new body sculpting cellulite and colon therapy at their Mayfair day spa. If you're looking for a treatment to kick-start your detox and ditch those dimples it could be for you. But be warned, the treatment doesn't come cheap. Here's my review:

There's a glut of new products on the market with lighter formulas and light reflecting particles that are a far cry from those traditional old school foundations. Take a look and find out hwo to give your face a more up-to-date look.

I love that women are all different shapes and sizes. I'm quite happy with my curvy figure - even if my belly is a bit curvier than I'd like, but there are some things I just can't wear. Skinny jeans for example are an absolute no no.
Looking good has a lot to do with how you dress, maximizing your assets and detracting attention from your least favourite bits - be that your big bum or your non-existant boobs.
We've just launched a fab new tool on the beauty channel called the Figure Flatterer. Whether you've got short legs, flat chest, big cleavage or wide shoulders, we explain how wearing the right clothes and accessories (and avoiding others) can help you make the most of your body.
Check out the Figure Flatterer today!

Dove recently conducted extensive research to find out what British women think about the beauty industry in general. The findings are really interesting. For example only 3% of women questioned think that beauty companies are trust worthy while just 12% believe product claims from much of the beauty industry are honest and realistic. I've compiled a selection of the findings below but I'd be really interested to know what you think so please let me know by posting your comments below...
How much do UK women trust beauty companies?
• Only 3% of women think that all beauty companies are trustworthy, with 31% being sceptical and thinking that either none of them or very few are trustworthy
Who are we recommending beauty products to?
• A whopping 84% of women would only recommend a beauty product to their friends or family if they truly believe that it made them look or feel better
• 45% of women very rarely recommend beauty products to their friends and family as they are not usually sufficiently impressed by them
Who do we get our beauty advice from?
• We value beauty advice from our family and best friend (45%) much more than celebrity endorsement, which is not seen as being at all credible (0%)
How honest do we think beauty companies are about the products and what they do?
• A massive 47% of British women either disagree or strongly disagree that beauty companies are honest and realistic about the results their products can deliver. This compares to only 12% who believe their product claims are honest and realistic
Do UK women know how to look after their skin?
• British women know what is good for their skin, with 63% agreeing that having skin that looks good can be achieved through moisturising every day. Only 10% of women disagreed
