woa whooo!!!!!!!!! i`v lost it. a 3lb loss means i have lost 4 st.
To celebrate i went clothes shopping and for once it was a pleasurable experience. I took 12 items into the changing room and then the assistant had to fetch some smaller sizes that really made my day. lol.
yes im still in outsize clothes but i did get items from the normal range rather than the plus side, i cant remember the last time I could do that,probubly before i got married 20 years ago!
I am going out tonight with the girls from work, so must not overdo it, or i will put it all back on.

nearly where you may ask?
I am nearly half way to been the normal weight for my height. I was reading an old notebook yesterday and in it was written a list of goals and things i wanted to do before i am forty . Well i`m 40 at xmas and so far i`v lost in total 3 stones and 12lbs. i had forgoton what the original reading was(18-11) i just didn`t want to be reminded, so i now weigh 14-13 so i figure that i am about half way there. I also hadn`t realised that its taken me 3 1/2 years to do it. this i have come to realise does`nt matter as long as it keeps coming off, it didnt go on overnight (more like 2o+ years lol)so won`t come off over night.
will get weighed tomorrow as norm but have had a badish week with not a lot of exercise so i don`t think it will say 2lbs off. Well we`l see.

at last i am under 15st. only just but i am. this last half stone has taken me twelve weeks, but its gone now so i can look forward to the next barrier .
Have got saturday off a rare treat for me, so am going to a car boot sale to get rid of some junk, hopefully i wont bring back more than we take? then i might go shopping for some skirts as mine are beging to fall offf me!

another weekend and what a week. I feel for all those who have been flooded out. had a small taste of how it must feel when on Monday we had a flood at work. we ended up three inches deep due to a blocked drain. we had to close the shop as we are a bakers till we had it all clean and disinfected again. it took over 177 lg mop bucket full as well as my collegue and another mop bucket, we just kept bailing into the buckets and tipping it down a sink.
I am going to get wet again today as I am off to another duck race, I am manning the finish line and its raining !
