Charities and causes: St Giles Hospice (Local), Cat Protection, Neuro Critical Care, support my parish churches.

Where you'll find me on iVillage: At the moment you could locate me anywhere but I plan to return to my blog soon and bore you all with my walk diaries.

Other stuff you should know...: I'm into Walking, Yoga, Angels and interested in anything Spiritual. Love anything Irish and I think I was Spanish in a past life :)
